The number one qualification we seek is passion. We need people who have a deep desire to make a lasting impact. Fellows don’t need to know anything about personal finance, don’t need previous experience, and don’t even need a resume!
The Kindros Fellowship Program is an opportunity for both professional development and community-building. As a person representing Kindros, Fellows are expected to embrace our core principles of trust, simplicity, and impact.
Kindros is free to teachers and schools. And remember, unlike many other online financial education offerings, we are completely unbiased.
